4. The hotel was new and wonderful from that perspective but they had a hard time checking me in took about 30 minutes before they gave me the key to the room and then I had to go back twice to get a key that would work and they couldn't make it work so switched me to another room, which was fine however my room was never cleaned the entire stay.
