1. We were on the opposite side from the Jacksonville Ale House so didn't hear any noise even though it was new Years Eve.

5. The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious (mine had brand new lovely carpet), the lobby area is clean and modern, the breakfast is basic and nutritious.
