5. If you're lucky and have either no neighbors or quiet ones then you're okay but you can even hear people sneeze in the next room and it sounds as if they're right there.

6. The air conditioning unit was very quiet and it's control was on the wall across the room, unlike most which are right on the unit itself making it difficult to get the room the right temperature.
