1. It's cheap, service is great (breakfast not so much), has a good location and if they really remodel, it will be an excelent hotel.

2. Incidently the graffiti marked building out front is a property that is for sale, it is nearly a block from the building,the graffiti is not bad work actually and building is a great landmark to help you find the motel.
