This high class crew has always accomidated us in every need and what's really cool, is that even the shuttle driver makes an intentional effort to know you and help you get where you need to be when you need to be there, answering any questions best as possible or just lending a generous ear while spending nervous energy on the way to an all day affair no one wants to go to.

8. The last hotel I used the housekeeper just happened to take my telephone home with her and it took over a month to get it back( so of course I had to buy new phone and lost all my contact numbers) only after ranting to the hotel chain with no help from Priceline.
