3. This hotel employees had attitude problem including the general manager, no free breakfast was available like promised,the wifi was not working,the computer in so called business center was not working, the shower had low water pressure and the room was very noisy from the highway.

4. The Ramada Inn North Houston surprised me very much, the cleanliness of the room and even a microwave to save some money eating in a Restaurant and coffee machine exactly like in Marriot hotels where I used to stay.

7. Their rooms are clean; beds are comfortable; wireless internet is not too good unless you are close to the office so it is good I have a PC card; especially like the in-house restaurant - breakfast buffet is delightful; Food available from the bar even if you arrive late.
