3. The front desk clerk when I checked in, though, was really very nice and helpful.

4. Although I was extremely annoyed with the fact that the front desk clerk, who`s job it is to help customers with questions or problems, was not at liberty to do something as simple as look in the lost and found on my behalf, I did as she instructed and called the next day.

5. I called the hotel the next day, and was told by the desk clerk that she could not help me, and that I needed to call the next day and speak with somebody in housekeeping (apparantly, for whatever ridiculous reason, the front desk clerk does not have access to the lost and found).
