5. This hotel will get you through the night, and the free basic breakfast and free internet are decided pluses; but, expect dim rooms and grim baths.

6. Their 'fitness center' was a room approximately 10 by 14, with two free weights, and a total of three machines: a Stairmaster-type, a treadmill, and a recumbent bike (which I was happy to see instead of the standard bike).
