1. The only problem that we had was it was a non-smoking room and the room smelled of smoke other than that everything was great and comfortable.

6. The desk help is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen allows us to wake up slowly and have our coffee and juice without having to get out and deal with the morning crowd at restaurants.
