There was conditioner, but no shampoo, no tissues (just the empty box), Coffee packets, but there weren't any new coffee set-ups (creamer, sugar, sweetener, stir packet) except for one that had already been used, and an old coffee filter still in the coffee maker, and one bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it, but instead had a straight sheet tucked around the mattress (which of course came out as soon as you sat on the bed).
