My daughter's suite appeared nice, however had a strong sour stench noticeable upon opening the door, thought maybe it was from cleaning and would improve when we returned from dinner, it was still very overpowering and we notified the manager who told us that she could send houskeeping to deodorize or move her to another floor, my daughter opted to see if deodorizing would help first and then move if not.

3. We asked that they manually lower it since a cool room helps us sleep (and with the noise in the ballrooms and central area, we needed all the help we could get).
