1. Why is there a black cat hanging around the pool? The continental breakfast probably the best thing they have, but then again not.

2. You simply call down and ask for the manager immediately when you discover the proble,even at 4am and if they cant make it right at that point they will address it to the best of their ability in the morning.

10. My bathtub was chipped, tile in the bath was heavily caulked and somewhat moldy, exterior doors were dinged, and interior doors had chips in the door faces, As others have noted the place is kind of dark and does not feel very safe as it is not in the best part of town.
