3. A better option is to buy some microwave ready (heat and eat) kind of food and store it in the refrigerator unless you are a non-veg and can hit the social hour in the hotel lobby.

4. If you feel compelled to stay at a Marriott property downtown, the Residence Inn is the better choice.

5. How difficult could it have been to provide a hallway through Courtyard to the RI front desk? The valet fee was a little high at $22 weekdays/ $17 weekends but the service was actually better than that of the disconnected front desk or breakfast bar staff.
