1. I travel very frequently, and this has been one of my top experiences as the staff goes--very friendly, welcoming, smiling, well-dressed, well-spoken (very important in my book) and quick to help.

2. Although it is not a four star I find it to be more welcoming because the staff remembers you and will go the extra mile to make certain your stay is as comfortable as if you were visiting with the relatives.

3. When arriving in the parking lot the hotel appears to be an average hotel for the run of the mill business trip but upon entering and being welcomed by the staff one begins to understand that this hotel could become your favorite hotel in the city.
