1. The hotel location doesn't look like much, located behind an out-of-business restaurant, but is near Willowbrook Mall and many shopping and entertainment options, mostly national and regional chains with a few local places mixed in.

6. Down to smallest details, like the coffee offered in the foyer, which is excellent, by the way, and very attentive front desk staff, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Northwest was like the crown on a special weekend in Texas.

Her name is Carmen and she went out of her way to be certain that every aspect of the reception, including the clean-up and saving of those items we treasured for the future (vases, flower arrangements, cake and the like) were saved and preserved as necessary for our convenience in transporting them from the hotel after the event.
