7. The hotels location was great, we were right in the middle of everything, the galleria mall was just 10 minutes away and we were surrounded by numerous eating places.

9. Free Internet in the lobby always worked, in-room WiFi was a little iffy, big screen plasma in the lobby was great for watching the Olympics.
