1. We arrived around noon time, the receptionist was very attentive and helpful, The room had everything we were hoping for, the beds were very comfortable and clean, and the room smells fresh.

6. We had the do not disturb sign up and then asked for some clean towels and was told to bring the dirty towels to the office for an exchange, first time I've ever had to do that in all of my hotel stays.
