1. The rooms are quiet and clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable of any hotel I stay at.

10. All the glasses broken and since its a thanksgiving day, i could not even get it fixed, took 4 hours to clean the glasses alone in the car + $1000 to fix the glasses.
