5. We have always loved modern design and when I started looking at some of the bed and breakfast places in the area I thought 'wow, I'm pushing 30-not 65' because so many of the places looked grandma-ish.

6. I truly recommend Modern B&B to everyone visiting Houston - it's also located in a lovely area of the city with nice places to go out within walking distance which isn't very common in US.
