3. They were accommodating when I complained about hearing noises in my room area, and also attended my needs promptly (forgot most of my toiletries and the attended to it)The room is clean, and comfortable, but it feels like it is lacking in terms of quality.

5. The front desk sound like you are interrupting their busy schedule; the odor that greeted me was shameful (looks like they have a toilet plumbing problem) and the heat in the room is not just working.

6. Had a late night dinner in the lounge on the eve of our arrival at approximately 10:00PM and the entire staff was delighted to serve us and never grumbled about it like I have seen in other hotel lounges.

8. Parking is underground, and its like a re-run of 'Streets of San Francisco' (for those old enough to remember that.
