2. why not just move it to the valet parking lot?Overall, it was a nice stay but they need to work on their valet policy and put up a sign so guests will know that after a certain hour, take your keys to the front desk.

4. We had a nice stay at the Hilton Plaze (also called Hilton Medical Center) It is within walking distance to a few delis and Starbucks.

6. Another issue was the pool closed at sunset each weekend day which was truely disappointing as it would have been nice to take a drink up to sit on the outdoor chairs on the 9th flooor or take a swim after a long day but that area was locked and the room key would not allow entrance as the door was deadbolted.

7. so now THE GOOD: Room was spacious (King Standard Room) with a very nice Kitchenette type of area with small sink, large mirror and medium size refrigerator.
