1. It has two separate living areas, two chandeliers, a gigantic table (sits 12), a balcony, two bathrooms, including one that is huge with marble everywhere.

Upon checking-in around 9:00PM to this concept hotel, the young man at the front desk enthusiastically upgraded me from my 'Petite King' to the huge, posh SoHo Theme Suite as it happened to be available for that one night I was staying (he mentioned repeatedly that this was probably the best upgrade he'd ever seen).
