7. night shift staff very unfriendly with the exception of one, insufficient amount of towels in our room to begin with, requested bath towels 5 different times in one day and never got them until I tracked down a housekeeper in the hallway who finally gave me hand towels to dry off with after our showers, I wish they would've told us that the dryer was broken when i initially requested towels instead of making us wait around for towels that were never coming in the first place, nothing worse than sitting around waiting to take a shower after a swim in the dirty pool while pressed for time for important dinner engagement.
