After I got through that, I got no laundry back for like 3 days, finally I called the front desk and they said they had not been able to deliver my clothes because I had not been in my room, not sure the logic there since the maids come in regularly (clean and do evening turndowns) without me being in the room.

3. A mix of modern, office-building like exterior and Texas lodge interior set on beautiful grounds in a hushed, relaxing vibe with polite staff.

7. Once in the rooms, it's quiet, the doors don't slam like in newer hotels, and with carpet covering all the surfaces (excluding bathrooms) the rooms and the hallways are quiet as well.
