3. First the good news:The room was well furnished with a full kitchen, a very nice microfiber sleeper sofa/sectional, a functional desk and desk chair, a good sized flatscreen TV and a king-sized bed.

8. The efficiency apt was extremely clean, modernly decorated with a very comfortable couch and large LCD TV that swiveled 360 degrees, and a nice kitchen as well.

9. The nearest bus stop is a bit of a walk (not nice in searing heat when you're carrying your bags), and the bus that goes downtown does so via Memorial, meaning it takes the best part of an hour.
