1. The Red Lion in Eugene is motel style which I don't care for.

4. After I made my reservation, I didn't see anything acknowledging my dog accompanying me, so I used the instant chat option and not only got everything taken care of, but the fee for the dog was waived by becoming a 'member'.

7. The young lady driver had already taken care of registering us and getting everything together so it took less than 2 minutes to get into a room once we arrived back at the hotel.
