3. The free continental breakfast was the kind that is mostly cereal, pastries, instant hot cereal, golf-ball-like hardboiled eggs, weak coffee, etc.

4. We told the front desk attendant and she was pleasant and sympathetic and gave us a discount (10%) however no discount, even if the room was free could make us stay there again.
