1. I luv the staff they were very friendly on my last day there I asked da front desk person for a lot of different things 2 acommadate my company like exta chairs, more tissue & even a radio & he granted my wishes.

5. i left the hotel at the same time i still can not believe they have the front desk person like that at hotel who was wearing street clothes and hardly can speak english or understand.

6. i went to this hotel for my convention on nov 6th the hotel looks beautiful outside but i was so disappointed when i checked in the room the only thing i like inside was the desk clerk who was very professional and did everything possible to make it happy but it was beyond his reach to do all that what we want then we came down at night time to speak to desk clerk about the direction he was on the phone talking to some one in his own language and we waited and waited he did not care about us at all.

9. It's in a run down and shady area, the room had unwashed sheets with stains and hair on them, it smelled of mold and stale smoke, the carpet was so nasty I didn't remove my shoes, the threadbare towels felt like sandpaper, the pool was a 2 feet deep slime pit, I could go on and on about this wretched pit of a hotel.

10. The room smelled like mold and smoke, the carpets were so stained and burned that I did not take off my shoes, the remote was busted and taped together, the sheets were not washed, the walls were so filthy that it looked like they haven`t been painted in decades, and the list goes on and on.
