The Leland is not for everyone, but if you are into the Club scene, can mind some of the dust and decay, it is
better
than a DUI ; ).

better
than expected, only to find an enormous leak, falling from the hotel lobby ceiling into buckets, trash cans and about half-a-dozen other makeshift water containers.
