7. This situation ended up working out, and the location was fabulous for the race, but it would have been better if I hadn't gotten a migraine from the awful smell.

8. The hotel bar had excellent food and friendly servers, while the continental breakfast was one of the better ones I've had - scrambled eggs, sausage paddies, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, toast, muffins, bagels, juice etc.

9. Easy walk - safe during the day and at night if people are walking back from the game - the area is a bit destitute - what do you expect for Detroit ?The hotel was better than I thought it would be - I was in room 1525 - nice size and clean - the breakefast was adequate and pretty varied.
