5. I can handle the outmoded look and feel of this property, I suppose, except that staff simply are not good ambassadors for the city, which is actually among the friendliest in the country.

6. Seems crazy that a downtown property would make exceptions during a convention when I would think conventions in downtown are common.

9. Also, the ice machines don`t work (except on the 5th floor) and most of the others aren`t even marked so I was climbing a lot of stairs to find ice before I asked a housekeeper.
