1. Now, I am aware that housekeepers are some of the hardest working people in a hotel, but I don't particularly care about their scheduling.

2. I had booked this reservation because of the location to where I had meetings the next day, and considering there was some very big convention on site, the staff was ensuring everyone was taken care of professionaly.
