1. Overall, the hotel feels like it is being run by someone not very involved with day to day operations.

2. When I got to room it was very warm, I adjusted temperature to cool down, quickly prepared for bed as it was late and noticed toilet seat was up and toilet paper wasn't folded like it usually is in a freshly cleaned bathroom.

5. The room itself was comfortable-nice beds, a quality TV, free WiFi- all the comforts of home away from home, like the hotels boasts as it's slogan.

6. It appeared some sort of conference might be underway, but there was constant traffic in and out of the room, no one stayed very long, and all the visitors seemed a bit like those who were constantly camped out in the lobby.

7. 'There was a big 'Phish' concert in town during our stay, and the hotel - like others in the area - was promoting a special that gave concert-goers a special room rate AND a free ride to the concert.

8. The free shuttle to and from the airport and centre of town was excellent and the little touches like free bottles of water and use of the computer were much appreciated.
