1. Aug 29, 2011 My wife and I have stayed at this hotel almost every weekend for the past 9 months, quality and cleanliness have been going downhill at an alarming rate (elevators that don't work, ragged carpet, broken fixtures) but this did not deter us till now.

2. While I don't like to give a negative review (hence my 3 'average' rating) based on the cons and especially the cleanliness issues, we'll be staying in a different hotel next time we're in town.
