3. I agree with previous posters regarding the fact that the RI could use some upgrading/attention to upkeep - definitely the paint on the railings of the stairs was peeling, and the wood itself on the stairway seemed in some danger of rot - but for the price we paid which included a wonderful, hot, varied breakfast each morning, we think it was well worth it.
