3. Did I mention that there is no hot tub?I have stayed at several Staybridge Suites in several states (which I generally love) and I have never been this disappointed.

4. The nightly reception attendant was rude (refused to give out one wine for my wife and one beer for me at the same time - Amy the general manager was gracious and appologized when this was brought to her attention).
