It has precisely the quality that one would expect from a Courtyard, and as others have mentioned, while it's not actually in Cherry Creek (fail points to whomever is responsible for naming this property), it's not far from it and Cherry Creek is a wonderful area for laid back, upscale nightlife.

2. Upon checking out I informed front desk and the only response she could come up with is 'do you need your statement?' What? No I needed a shower or some customer service.

4. BTW, I wrote to Marriott management and got a pithy response- saying they were sorry but not addressing any of the issues and no coupons offered.
