My room was a spacious King room, with everything I like in a hotel room: comfortable bed, LOTs of electrical outlets accessible from desk and on lamps next to bed, great radio/alarm/ihome and tv, big bathroom with a lot of counter space, closet with a good iron/ironing board, windows that open.

5. Let's not forget that parking at the hotel will cost you $26, and if you don't like that, the manager will let you know you can just go find parking elsewhere.
