2. Great hotel, but the impression is that it is run by young trendies who don't have a good understanding of true service, I felt like they went through the protocol set by management, but unless it was in the protocol the staff were lacking initiative.

3. The hotel is located right near the 16th Street Mall (which I wasn't overly impressed by -- too many chain restaurants/bars.

7. We got a corner king room and I was very impressed, with the exception of one thing: The curtains on one of the windows don't close.
