1. It is a relatively new property and the suites are well-appointed, spacious and clean - better than others I've been in.

3. It's in a small enclave of other hotels, restaurants and gas stations that has grown up out of the prairie since they opened this major new airport for Denver in 1995.

6. It's in a cluster of new hotels mixed with a few restaurants, maybe a 5 to 10 minute drive west of the airport.

8. and I picked up my 13 yo daughter from the airport at 7pm on new Year's Eve and thought it would be nice to spend the evening in a hotel close to the airport rather than drive home with the possible early partiers.

9. Only bad news is they currently only have one working elevator so if hotel is crowded you may wait for a minute to ride.
