1. The customer service was great, breakfast typical but good but if you are considering staying at this location please call ahead of time to see if these items are no longer a problem to make your stay more enjoyable.

3. The beds were quite comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good, but the thing that made our stay the most enjoyable was the staff.

4. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance--Ruby Tuesday and DiCico's (Italian Opera House themed--nice atmosphere and good food.

7. The bed and a bedding was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, so had an excellent nights sleep, as said the room was very quiet, and the breakfast was good and got the free bus to the airport in the morning.

9. There are a few restaurants close by that have good food, good brew, and good service as well.

10. Not only is this hotel close to the airport (and to a good restaurant a couple of blocks away) but the staff is extra helpful, pointing out that boarding passes can be printed out in the lobby, that the shuttle bus can come any time you wish, etc.
