4. The facility itself, despite the office-building-like exterior -- is plush and elegant inside, and offers a phenominal multi-level health club, fantastic on-premise steakhouse (Elway's), and impeccable and thoughtful service from begiining to end.

5. The hotel shop is surprisingly small, don't count on it to do your gift buying apart from some perfumes and nice quality sweater, and the like.

8. In a world where most cheap chain hotels and most super high end hotels offer free wifi, the mid-high end properties like ritz should do the same.
