1. We live in the Dallas area and were just staying here because of the upstairs club and the convenience of having a room that we could walk to at the end of the night.

2. be warned that the hotel presides in a DRY part of Dallas meaning you can't buy alcohol unless you sign up for a UNICARD and the convenience store across the street doesn't even sell beer.
