1. Rarely do you see hotel staff go out of their way to please the guest--they are like a family away from family.

2. They provided hot items, like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, gravy and hash browns and they also provided cold items, like cereal and pastries.

3. The bed is very comfortable and feels like your sleeping on a cloud, since we live about 2 hours from Dallas, we brought snacks and was VERY EXCITED to know that they had a little refridgerator in our hotel to keep our snacks cold.

5. All the staff are friendly and i mean all, the manager greets you when you get there, free shuttle service from the airport and anywhere else you want to go,fantastic free buffet breakfast, and free happy hour, everyone is treated like a king.
