1. Some places a lot more expensive seem snobby or stuffy, and you drop a lot of money and are left to wonder why you feel like you are being a pain in the butt.

2. There needs to be management in place to check the cleanliness of the rooms from a customer vantage point, and someone there to show the help what customer service should be like.
