1. After receiving our keys we went and checked all the rooms, one of them had not been cleaned (at 5PM) and we had one parent tell us they walked into their room and found the maid in their room laying on the bed watching TV.

2. MY only complaint in regard to cleanliness would be that the blanket for the pull out sofa was definitely not clean and there was only one sheet.

7. Please note: I recommend if you are a new guest to a hotel to print a copy of your reservation just to make sure you get what was reserved and if there is real drinking glasses in the room to use plastic cups unless one can tell that the glasses are replaced daily with clean ones.

9. The bathroom was clean and 2 ways to enter a plus, The microwave and refrigerator was well welcomed and I guess most of all it was quiet and did not look like a hotel room more like your house in a smaller version.
