4. It is in a very good location - right off Beltline close to EVERYTHING but off kind of in a little cozy corner w/ trees so you don't feel like you are in the booming metropolis.

Maybe the real lesson here is to have 2 or 3 hotels in mind- show up and hang out in the lobby or your room for 15 minutes- long enough to identify if there are going to be any annoyances like aircraft or forgetful folks trying to force their way into your room- yes that happened at this location too.
