7. I stayed in this hotel for business with coworker and one of the reasons we chose the hotel was because they would allow us to split the bill on two credit; however upon arrival we learned they had charged one for everything in advance and would not fix their error.

9. the main pain that I had was in the restaurant - couldnt be bothered to go out so ate in the only restaurant available as the main restaurant is closed for some reason.
