1. Check-in went smoothly as there were plenty of staff to assist people, which is another thing the Magnolia could teach its competition, and the man who checked us in was so friendly and nice which is something that goes a long way with me.

3. The hotel offers a free shuttle service within a 3 mile area, and it was very convenient to get to our evening dinners - a nice added service.

4. The location is nice, though there is only valet parking and it's a bit tricky to get to (Just sort of pull up close to the front of the hotel and the valets will take care of the rest).

5. I feel bad having to write this because otherwise the staff was very friendly, the value and location was great, the free happy hour drinks and cookies at night were a nice touch.
