1. Service was great, when we checked in they sent a free bottle of champagne to our room for us.

4. Location is amazing - steps from McKinney street with all the bars and fancy restaurants, close to West Village, Downtown and on the line of McKinney tramway (that rides for free around Uptown)And yes - ZZIP is their loyalty program for VIPs, I just love teh way it sounds.
